Processing & Storage

Live foundations + in-development additions · Future additions are identified in the relevant sections.

Processing gives materials a job

Processing consumes ingredients to make a different product. Existing examples include ore into Ingots, wool into Cloth, and pumpkins and corn into Food Packs. Construction and Repair Kits are other processed goods used by the game.

The current recipe tells you the exact ingredients, output, time, and fees. A planned use described on another page does not change what a live recipe makes today.

There are existing processing queues and factory upgrades. Basic processing does not mean you must first own every advanced factory. Additional facilities improve your production options within their stated limits.

Personal processing and kingdom manufacturing

These are connected activities, but they are not interchangeable.

Personal processing prepares materials and products you own. The kingdom supply business being added uses kingdom-held production recipes, eligible facilities, purchased materials, and production time to make goods for sale.

You can supply a kingdom with raw materials or processed ingredients. The kingdom then makes the finished health potions, mana potions, and scrolls. A personal factory does not automatically grant the kingdom’s permanent production license.

Know which storage you are using

Your personal warehouse stores your goods. The kingdom warehouse stores goods belonging to the kingdom after an authorized purchase or contribution. Moving something to a kingdom is not the same as putting it away for yourself.

The adventure update also has a carried bag. Supplies used while adventuring come from that bag, not directly from everything in your land warehouse. Bringing goods back and putting them in storage is a transfer, not a second copy.

Returning to your land will not automatically donate your loot to your kingdom. Selling and contributing require separate decisions.

Before you start another batch

Check ingredient availability, output space, and whether the goods are already reserved by a listing or another operation. Review the displayed cancellation rules before queuing an item. Do not assume canceling after production begins returns every cost.

For equipment, the first version uses individual item instances. Repairing or enhancing a sword changes that sword; it does not simply add a generic sword count to storage.
