PvP, Death & Returning Safely

In development · The behavior below is the current update design, not a claim that the complete feature is publicly available.

City safety and outdoor PvP

The connected adventure is designed around a safe city and outdoor player combat. Inside the city, players cannot damage one another. Outside it, the applicable attack stance and crime rules determine legal targets and the consequences of aggression.

Pets follow their owner’s attack rules. A safe boundary is not a place to stand while damaging someone on its other side.

Crime, name-color, and guard behavior have development implementations. The final party, friend, kingdom, retaliation, and protection rules are still being completed. Do not assume that every friendly relationship is already protected in a preview.

What can be lost on death

The current design can drop part of your eligible unbound carried inventory at the place of death. Spare equipment in your bag is carried inventory even when it is valuable.

The adventure death rules do not take your worn equipment, pets, personal land warehouse, kingdom treasury, Land NFTs, or wallet assets.

This distinction is about where an item is and what rules apply to it—not a general claim that every possession is risk-free in every activity.

Death transfers the actual eligible items to the ground. Killing another player does not mint extra equipment or ROB. Player-death drops and boss-protected drops are different sources with different ownership rules.

Spirit and revival

A defeated character enters a spirit state before the available revival actions. The current design includes revival at the permitted location or back in the city, without a ROB resurrection fee.

Final waiting times, movement values, and drop quantities are not published here because the development values are not approved release parameters. The release interface must show the actual consequences before you enter the risk area.

You cannot store your way out of an active fight

Warehouse transfers, item listings, equipment work, and travel actions have safety requirements. They are not instant ways to remove exposed assets while a fight is being resolved.

Kingdom-made scrolls will state their own permitted use. Their existence does not promise that every type of combat lock can be bypassed.

Disconnecting is not immunity

Closing a tab or losing connection does not automatically return you safely, erase damage, or restore dropped goods. The shared world resolves the character under its disconnect rules, and reconnection resumes the same recorded state.

Treat an interrupted return or transfer as unresolved until the game shows the confirmed result. Repeated requests must not be assumed to create a different outcome.

These rules concern character adventure. Kingdom Wars have their own army participation, protection, and loot rules.
