Treasury & Purchase Orders

A purchase order is an offer to buy
Kingdom purchase orders are funded with Gold before other players deliver. The order states the eligible goods, remaining quantity, and price. A player fulfilling it receives payment, while the delivered materials become kingdom inventory.
Orders can be filled by eligible players outside the kingdom as well as members. The order uses the kingdom’s deposited budget; fulfilling it does not create new Gold.
Only the roles with the relevant permission can create and manage orders. The current interface and limits govern what an officer may do.
Purchases are different from donations
Selling into an order is an exchange. Donating to a public project is a contribution. Neither action is a temporary deposit in your personal warehouse.
Check the destination and terms before confirming. Returning from adventure does not automatically sell or donate anything to your kingdom.
What the kingdom buys
Kingdom procurement uses land-produced materials and processed goods. Existing orders support shared requirements such as construction. The production update extends the need for procurement to ingredients for recurring supply batches.
Wilds monsters do not replace land production by dropping its raw materials. Hunted equipment, pet eggs, and special items belong to their player owners and their own trading rules, not automatic kingdom collection.
Revenue is not all the same currency
| Activity | Who pays | Who receives the payment |
|---|---|---|
| Existing kingdom purchase order | The kingdom’s prefunded Gold budget | The player supplying the goods |
| New kingdom-made supplies | The purchasing player, in ROB | The selling kingdom, less any displayed transaction charges |
| New basic workshop services | The player, in Gold | The kingdom treasury |
| Separately priced advanced ROB services | The player, in ROB | The project for the completed service |
| Player-to-player item sale | The buyer, in the listing currency | The seller, less the displayed transaction charges |
The new production and equipment-service rows are in development. They are not a claim that all these settlement paths are live today.
A sale for ROB does not automatically replenish the kingdom’s Gold purchase-order balance. There is no fixed ROB-to-Gold conversion promised here. The production interface must show the applicable currency, funds, and recipient for each action.
Follow the actual movement
Materials placed into kingdom stock have changed owner or purpose. Materials consumed by a recipe leave stock. Gold paid into a treasury has changed holder; it has not been destroyed. ROB received by the project is also not automatically burned.
Read costs and income in their own currencies. Do not count the full value of a player sale as project revenue or treat every kingdom receipt as a personal reward for members.
