Combat & Skills

In development · The behavior below is the current update design, not a claim that the complete feature is publicly available.

You control the fight

Character combat uses movement, normal attacks, active skills, and pet cooperation. Range, attack timing, enemy warnings, and your position matter. A boss attack is something to read and respond to, not only a comparison between two power numbers.

A skill has its own conditions: target, range, weapon, resource cost, and cooldown. Changing a quick-slot position does not reset its cooldown or make an unlearned skill usable.

The first combat work is centered on the warrior. Other avatars and army unit names do not establish that their complete character classes are already available.

Learn and arrange skills

The current design uses a skill book with learned skills and the requirements for learning others. Some skills need a specific dropped book as well as level and weapon conditions. Learning and upgrading use the stated costs.

Active skills go into the configurable action bar. Passive skills do not use an active slot. The released skill descriptions—not an older draft or a familiar name from another game—define what each skill actually does in Roblade.

Carry your supplies

Potions and eligible items can be assigned to a quick-use slot. A slot points to stock in the carried bag; it does not create another stack or draw directly from a warehouse.

Potions follow their shared-use restrictions. Food is being connected to recovery outside combat rather than an unlimited instant heal. The default design does not automatically drink potions or refill your bag from storage.

Random teleport and return scrolls belong to kingdom production. Their destinations, combat restrictions, and other conditions need to be shown on the released item; this guide does not promise an unrestricted escape from any fight.

These mappings describe the development baseline, not a promise that every configurable key is in the current public build. Mobile uses touch controls for the same actions.

The world keeps moving

Opening equipment, the bag, or a map outside the safe area does not pause combat. Read enemy warnings and prepare your loadout in safety where possible.
