The Wilds

In development · The behavior below is the current update design, not a claim that the complete feature is publicly available.

Head out as yourself

The Wilds add real-time character adventure to Roblade. You move your own character, use attacks and skills, bring a pet, and look for useful equipment and other drops.

This is already being integrated with the game. It is not merely a concept, but it is also not being presented as a fully released shared adventure. Overall progress is recorded on Development Status.

A city and the country outside it

You begin from the safe city, currently called Dawn City in development. Outside are connected hunting areas with ordinary monsters, elites, and bosses. Different regions are intended to have recognizable terrain, enemies, and reasons to visit.

The current design has a city and multiple regions, but the working region, monster, and boss names are not a final published map. Preview layouts and recommended levels can change before release.

Viewing a world map is not the same as teleporting to every point. Roads, crossings, entrances, and any available travel items determine how you actually move.

Other players share the encounter

The intended multiplayer experience uses the same monsters, bosses, and ground drops for players in the same area. Another group can reach the boss you are fighting. Outside the city, player combat can also occur.

Party membership helps people coordinate. It does not clone one rare item for every person who joins. Final eligibility and pickup rules must be readable in the released encounter.

Bring something and take something home

Before leaving, choose equipment and skills, prepare your pet, and carry the supplies you need. Kingdom-made potions and scrolls connect those preparations to player production.

Drops land in the world. You move close and pick them up; a kill is not an automatic transfer to your warehouse or wallet. You can keep useful equipment, store what you bring back, or offer eligible items for sale once that trading flow is available.

Monsters do not supply the basic materials that replace land farming, ranching, gathering, and processing. Those production roles remain with land players.

Existing play continues

Going out does not restart your character or stop the role of your land and kingdom. You can return to farming, building, trade, and army warfare. Basic adventure is not designed to require land ownership or joining a kingdom.

Next: Dawn City, Combat & Skills, or Bosses & Loot.
